Mr. Lo has over 15 years’ experience in overseeing mergers and acquisitions, finance and accounting, information technology, legal affairs, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, research and development of pharma groups in the PRC and Hong Kong. He is familiar with the production and distribution of pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), chemicals and traditional Chinese medicines. Mr. Lo is a former executive director and the vice president of Jacobson (stock code: 2633) in 2008 – 2017, and as a finance manager and was later promoted to a deputy general manager at PRC pharma group in 2005 – 2008. Mr. Lo was awarded the higher diploma in accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong in November 1998. He has been a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since January 2011 and since March 2017 respectively.
